With over 20 years of international experience across public and private sectors, Shane is Managing Director at TJL Cyber. Recognised as a leading Information Security Executive and former Chief Information Security Officer, he is dedicated to advancing organisational security maturity, managing complex risk environments, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory and industry requirements.

Throughout his career, Shane has developed and overseen comprehensive information security programs across diverse industries and jurisdictions. He works closely with executive teams to deliver secure, business-aligned solutions that enable growth while safeguarding critical assets. He is experienced in building and managing specialised teams and large-scale security functions, always focusing on value creation, cost efficiency, and effective risk management.

In addition to his core expertise, Shane is at the forefront of introducing and commercialising new and emerging technologies across the Asia-Pacific region. He is leading the market development of advanced Physical Connection Controllers, critical components in modern physical access control systems that integrate digital authentication and authorisation with robust physical infrastructure to protect people, assets, and data. By championing these innovative solutions, he is helping organisations across APAC strengthen their physical and cyber security posture in an increasingly interconnected environment.
